Welcome to GengMantap! These terms and conditions govern your use of our platform. By accessing or using GengMantap, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

✅ Acceptance of Terms

By using GengMantap, you confirm that:

You are at least 13 years old
You have the authority to enter into a contract
You will comply with all terms and conditions
The information you provide is accurate and true
You are responsible for the security of your account

👤 User Accounts

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for the security of your password
You may not share your account with others
You must notify us if your account is compromised

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities in your account
You may not use another person's account without permission
You must log out of your account after each session
You may not create multiple accounts for manipulation

✓ Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use the platform for lawful purposes only
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Respect the rights and privacy of other users
Log matches honestly and accurately
Confirm or dispute matches fairly
Not manipulate the rating system

🚫 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

Data Manipulation: Log fake matches, manipulate scores, or attempt to cheat the rating system

Harassment: Harass, threaten, or bully other users

Spam: Send spam, unsolicited messages, or advertising

Hacking: Attempt to access the system without authorization or exploit vulnerabilities

Impersonation: Pretend to be another person or team

✗

Scraping: Scrape or extract data automatically without permission

✗

Malware: Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code

⚠️ Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

⚽ Match Logging Rules

Honesty:

All logged matches must be true and accurate. Logging fake matches is a serious violation.

Confirmation:

Matches must be confirmed by both teams. If you dispute, provide a valid reason and evidence if available.

Time Limit:

Matches can only be logged within 7 days of being played. Older matches cannot be logged.

Evidence:

You are encouraged to upload evidence (photos/videos) for each match. Evidence helps in dispute resolution.

Platform Content:

All content on GengMantap (design, code, logo, text) is our property and is protected by copyright law.

User Content:

You retain copyright for content you upload (team logos, match photos). However, you grant us a license to use that content on the platform.

Trademarks:

"GengMantap" and our logo are trademarks. You may not use them without written permission.

⚠️ Disclaimers

"AS IS" Service: GengMantap is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee the platform will always be available or error-free.

Rating Accuracy: While we strive for accurate ratings, we do not guarantee that rating results are 100% accurate for all situations.

Third-Party Links: The platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

User Disputes: We provide a platform for dispute resolution, but the final decision is at our discretion.

🛡️ Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GengMantap and our team are not responsible for:

Loss of data or profit
Business interruption
Direct, indirect, or consequential damages
Actions or negligence of other users
Unauthorized access to your account
Errors or bugs in the platform

🔚 Termination

By You:

You can delete your account at any time through settings. Your data will be deleted according to our privacy policy.

By Us:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, without notice or liability.

After Termination:

After termination, you will no longer be able to access the platform. Public data (match history, ratings) may remain for system integrity.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on this page.

Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms regularly.
